Hi everyone!!! I was thinking about doing a post about shoes a long time ago. A simple outfit can be totally transformed by the shoes you wear. There's a quote that I've always loved and says: "Shoes can change your life, ask Cinderella" Isn't it cute, and true? I've seen these designs lately coming into action. I hope you like them! COVERGIRL blast flipstick Review!

Hi everyone!!! As you may remember from my recent Lip Color Haul post, I got COVERGIRL's blast flipstick in 835 cheeky. I decided to prepare a little review for you because this product is relatively new, and I found it really interesting. I hope it helps! Smile :)

COVERGIRL products description:
'Create your one-of-a-kind look with our expertly designed blendable lip duos Mix and match cream and shimmer shades with the flip of a stick for a unique look with endless possibilities.'

- I found this picture on facebook. Here you can see many different looks that can be achieved with blast flipstick. The lighter/shimmery color, is not as pigmented as seen in the picture above, when applying it over the dark shade. This product is really smooth, so it's a little bit difficult to achieve a look in which the colors don't look blended at all.

- In this look I've applied the darkest shade in my upper lip, and the shimmery shade on my lower lip. This option may help you achieve a fuller lip look. If you want your upper lip to look fuller than the lower, try it backwards.

- I may say that this is my favorite look! I've applied the darkest shade on my lips, and the shimmery shade in the middle part to give an illusion of light.

- The shimmery color by itself looks really nice. It's kind of a peachy/nude glossy shade. It could be use by day or night.

Overall: I really like this product. It's really smooth, and long lasting. When I finished doing the different swatches, I tried to remove it with a damp towelette, and it didn't come off in it's majority. Even after wiping my lips a few times, the darkest color still looked fine; only the shimmer disappeared. Probably what I like the most of this product is its versatility. I like how you can achieve many different looks with it. It is about $8.00 for 3.4g, which is OK for a duo lipstick of a pretty good quality. What I didn't like? I would like the shimmery shade to be a little more pigmented. Even if I love how it looks by itself, and how it looks as a lip highlighter, when applying it over the darkest one you can barely notice the color. I would like to try this product in other shades. I really like it!

OOTD - My Favorite Part of the Day!

Hi everyone!!! My favorite part of the day is the sunset. For me, there's no moment in the day in which the sun looks that gorgeous, and the colors in the sky are that beautiful. Yesterday, I went to the beach with my best friend, and we decided to stay until the sunset. I love how this pictures came out. I hope you  like them. Smile :)

Visitng Dr. Spa + OOTD

Hi everyone!!! Yesterday I had the most amazing full body massage at Zen Spa. My mother gave it to me as a present, and I really enjoyed it. Who doesn't like to be pampered? The ladies where really friendly, they offered me chamomile tea (which is my favorite), and it was delicious! Just imagine me, wearing a spa bathrobe, spa sandals, no cellphone, by myself, drinking chamomile tea in a dim light with relaxing music playing. Heaven, right? It was a really pleasant experience, and I am looking forward of being pampered with my mom. I hope you like the pictures. Smile :)

In addition, I want to share with you today' OOTD. It is really hot in Puerto Rico, I just can't decide what to wear, REALLY! I found some old pieces that made me feel fresh, and that helped me with temperatures. I was wearing a short black skirt (really old, from a local store), and a tribal-teal-tank from Pac Sun (similar). I was just coming out of shower, so my hair was all curly and messy, and I decided to wear my Anne Klein white flats (old). For my jewelry I went to one of the newest necklaces I've bought (featured here), and my newest bracelet which I got from eBay for $3.10 (similar, similar). I hope you like this simple OOTD!

How Can A Bronzer Be A Dupe Of A Highlighter?

Hi everyone!!! As you may have read from previous posts like the Balm 'Oh So Bright...' Story, and Mini Jewelry, and Makeup Haul! I have bought Mary-Lou Manizer which is a highlighter, and Hard Candy's So Baked Bronzer in tiki. At the time I tried the bronzer, I noticed it didn't give a bronzed effect at all but a beautiful glow on my skin. Suddenly I was using the bronzer as a highlighter. Then, I decided to compare it with other highlighters I own to find that impressively it's the dupe for Mary-Lou Manizer!! Hard Candy's So Baked Bronzer retails for $7.00 to $9.00 (as the prices may vary for Wal-Mart's location), and the Balm's Mary-Lou Manizer retails for $24.00. Take a look at the pictures to see for yourself! Smile :)

- Both packages are super cute, and practical. Although they are large, you could easy store them easily.

- While in their packages, they look really different. 

- Mary-Lou Manizer retails 8.5g for $24.00 vs. So Baked Bronzer retails 12.5g for $7.00 to $9.00 (depending on Wal-Mart's location). You'll have 4.0g more, for about $17 to $15 less. That's a lot more, for a lot less!

- Here you have the swatches. You can notice that So Baked Bronzer in tiki looks a little bit golden than Mary-Lou Manizer. However, you can barely notice the difference between the both of them. They will give exactly the same glowing effect to your face!
