Mani - Mania: Polka Dot Version!

Hi everyone!! I have a lot to study but creativity comes into my mind and I couldn't take no for an answer.  I was in need of a new mani so here is my NOTD Polka Dot Version.  I painted my nails with Finger Paint Artist's Sapphire as the base color (this polish is really old, so here is their entire new collection).  This is a very  metallic blue which I've always loved.  I decided to throw some polka dots in the first half of my every nail (my nails are short, but if yours are longer it would look even better!!) in fuschia and white (Sally Hansen Back to Fushcia 530, and Bettina White Matte respectively).  To create this dots (some doesn't look like dots, but they're supposed to be, haha!) I used tooth picks. I dipped the tip of the tooth pick in the color I wanted to work with, and started creating the dots.  The best of this mani is that you can create a lot of color combinations starting from changing the base color, or the dots color.  You can even polka dot your entire nail! I hope you like it.  Don't forget to add a gloss top coat to finish the look! Smile :)
